Overview

CHAOS Industries is a modern defense company founded in 2022, focusing on empowering warfighters and commercial air operators with advanced radar systems. The Integration & Test Technician role involves hands-on testing and ensuring the functionality of radar systems before they are shipped.

Responsibilities

  • Move and stage systems safely, transporting radar chassis into and out of the test area.
  • Power up radar systems and connect all necessary interfaces to bring them to operational status.
  • Connect and verify all external modules and interfaces on the radar system.
  • Operate the radar UI to check system health and status against test procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of serialized units and their configurations during testing.
  • Log defects and communicate with the production team for part replacements.
  • Coordinate with engineers to prevent testing delays.
  • Maintain a clean and organized test area, following safety practices.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in electronics/electrical technology or equivalent military electronics/avionics training.
  • 2+ years in an electronics manufacturing, test, integration, or equipment-maintenance environment.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware assembly and disassembly using common hand tools.
  • Comfortable connecting and troubleshooting electrical and signal interfaces.
  • Ability to operate software interfaces for testing and status checks.
  • Diligent documentation habits for logging serial numbers and test results.
  • Clear communication skills to coordinate with production and engineering.
  • Ability to safely lift and move heavy equipment with mechanical assistance.
