Overview

Belt Power, LLC is the USA’s leading supplier of custom and standard replacement conveyor belts, hoses, and fittings, specializing in expert fabrication and installation services. The Fabricator Installer role is a full-time, on-site position responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing conveyor belts and related components.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate, assemble, and install conveyor belts and related components according to specifications and safety standards.
  • Measure and cut belting materials.
  • Operate fabrication tools and equipment.
  • Perform splices and repairs.
  • Prepare products for delivery and installation.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to install belts, perform maintenance, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow safety procedures and document work performed.
  • Collaborate with team members and customers to deliver high-quality, timely service.

Requirements

  • Hands-on mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret measurements, drawings, and work orders.
  • Knowledge of industrial or manufacturing environments with a focus on safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Physical ability to lift, move, and install belting materials and components.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to customer sites.
  • Prior experience in conveyor belt fabrication, industrial maintenance, or a related trade is preferred.
