Overview

The Millwright Foreman position in Mesa, AZ involves demoing and installing new Wastewater Treatment Clarifiers, requiring rigging and crane signaling experience. Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and supervision for mechanical equipment installation and maintenance.
  • Plan and coordinate efforts of craft persons under supervision.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with other foreman and crews.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment with high-quality work.
  • Conduct and participate in safety, quality, production, and planning meetings.
  • Assure crew members' evaluations and performance agreements are conducted.
  • Promote a Continuous Improvement culture within the crew.
  • Ensure accuracy of time sheets and productivity reports.
  • Develop weekly and daily work plans and provide feedback on schedules.
  • Establish weekly production goals and execute work on time and under budget.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring for crew members.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four years' experience in the construction market.
  • In-depth understanding of the trade being supervised.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
