Overview

E2 Consulting Engineers, LP (E2) is a professional services firm established in 1988 specializing in engineering services. The Material QC Inspector will inspect pipeline components in manufacturing or field environments, ensuring compliance with various specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Perform visual, dimensional, and ovality inspections.
  • Inspect documentation, validate quantities, and quarantine non-compliant material.
  • Verify and validate Material Test Reports (MTRs).
  • Ensure material traceability and proper stenciling and marking.
  • Monitor daily reporting and production schedules.

Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience in related field of piping, fittings, or valve components.
  • Local to the Los Angeles, CA area.
  • Fundamental knowledge of API 5L and ANSI related material.
  • Must pass a drug test and background check.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
