Overview

You will serve as a WELDING SUPERVISOR I in the FLEET READINESS CENTER SE, MRO PRODUCTION DEPT of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST, overseeing work operations and ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Plan daily/weekly sequence of work operations for subordinates supervised.
  • Explain difficult work procedures and methods and provide instructions for completion of work projects.
  • Ensure proper quantity of work from subordinates and inspect work for quality.
  • Keep all work operations under observation and control; troubleshoot and resolve working problems.
  • Take action to overcome bottlenecks, equipment breakdowns, material shortages, and other causes of delays and inefficiencies.
