Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Millwright/Welder with experience in industrial work, including welding, metal fabrication, and pipe fitting. The position is full-time in Lebanon, TN, offering competitive pay based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products.
  • Install and repair various equipment and components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Perform work in a variety of environments including heights and confined spaces.
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal pieces using various tools.
  • Weld components together using different welding techniques.
  • Operate power tools and hand tools to fabricate and modify metal parts.
  • Use press brake machines to bend sheet metal into desired shapes.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to work with sheet metal and perform welding tasks.
  • Mechanical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with industrial mechanics, rigging, pipe threading, and ductwork.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and quickly diagnose mechanical issues.
  • 2 years of experience in welding, millwright, and mechanical work required.

Additional Information

  • Full-Time in Lebanon, TN; Weekdays (7:00am – 3:30pm) with some overtime as needed.
  • You MUST be able to pass a weld test of 1/8" MIG, TIG & SMAW.

What you'll be running

This posting calls for MIG, TIG, and Stick work. MIG (GMAW) feeds a continuous wire electrode through a shielding-gas nozzle.
