Overview

$2000 Sign on Bonus! The Welder position involves welding and assembling various metal components using different welding techniques and equipment, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Weld and assemble different pieces using hand held welding equipment.
  • Prepare and complete work on materials by welding, cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal.
  • Test and inspect welded components to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Work from different specifications and shop orders.
  • Utilize measuring tools to take and read measurements.
  • Operate cranes, hoists, and lift tables.
  • Report damages on machines and maintain equipment safety.
  • Report unsafe conditions to management.
  • Monitor and control the robotic welding process.
  • Operate robotic welding equipment to perform tasks.
  • Perform visual inspection of weld quality.
  • Program robotic welding systems.
  • Provide work reports and feedback to supervisors.
  • Set up and prepare robotic welding equipment for operation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information.
  • Contribute to team efforts and participate in projects.
