Overview

DRiV is a leading designer, manufacturer, and marketer of automotive products with around 78,000 team members across more than 300 sites globally. The Ovens Producer Associate role involves operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform duties in the assigned work area, including machine operations and materials handling.
  • Set up, operate, or shut down equipment and run computer programs for work assignments.
  • Follow safety procedures and notify the Operations Supervisor of unsafe conditions.
  • Adhere to Quality Management System requirements and suggest improvements.
  • Perform visual and functional inspections according to specifications.
  • Complete 1st article checks and follow written instructions precisely.
  • Conduct 5S housekeeping and work area cleaning tasks.
  • Resolve minor issues that hinder progress in the work area.
  • Complete daily production paperwork and quality inspections as necessary.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of high school is highly preferred.
  • Typically requires 1-2 years of experience for Associate Level.
  • Proficient with tools, programs, and equipment needed for job duties.
  • Core Level requires 2-4 years of experience and troubleshooting skills.
  • Senior Level requires the ability to assist others and work independently.
