Dolphin, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Mechanic to maintain and repair production machines and equipment, ensuring optimal operating conditions. The company has over 50 years of experience in precision investment casting and values employee commitment to efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical equipment.
  • Develop, fabricate, and install changes to machines to improve performance.
  • Complete all maintenance service requests as assigned.
  • Install electrical conduit and piping for machinery and equipment.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance inspections.
  • Assist in assembling, testing, and maintaining company equipment.
  • Propose improvements for equipment performance and reliability.
  • Adapt to various maintenance situations across production areas.
  • Maintain professionalism with vendors, contractors, and employees.
  • Follow company policies and ensure compliance with quality systems.
  • Attend regularly and consistently as required.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and ability to maintain, troubleshoot and repair industrial machines.
  • Basic welding and fabrication skills.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics.
  • Understanding of metal fabrication processes.
  • Ability to coordinate activities under various conditions.
  • Knowledge and ability to use small hand tools.
  • Proficiency in quality of work.
  • Ability to complete work in a timely manner.
  • Dependability with minimal response time.
  • Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
  • Good working relationships with co-workers.
  • Adherence to company security regulations.
  • Intermediate level of computer literacy, including MS Office.
  • Possession of own hand tools, multi-meter, and cart/toolbox.
  • Non-nicotine user.
