Overview

At Bridgestone HosePower, Mobile Sales and Service Technicians (MSST) provide expert hose assemblies and repair services directly to customers while traveling to job sites. This role combines hands-on technical work with customer interaction, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Build hydraulic hose assemblies on-site at customer locations
• Remove and install hose assemblies as needed
• Perform machine inspections to ensure proper function and safety
• Conduct cold call prospecting to develop new business within assigned territory
• Manage territory accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide accurate information for quotations on large-scale projects
• Submit timely and legible data for invoicing and service documentation
• Maintain and protect company-owned tools, equipment, and vehicles at all times

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license for a minimum of three years
• No more than two moving violations in the past three years
• No DUI charges or convictions
• Sound, independent judgment as needed
• Professional customer relations and communication skills
• Passion for excellence
• Good soft skills for customer interaction and building relationships
• Ability to work under pressure
• Mechanical aptitude
• Sound time management skills
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail
• Prior experience with effective troubleshooting resolution
• Ability to maneuver in confined spaces
• Flexibility and ability to think on one’s feet
• Ability to successfully operate hand and power tools
