Overview

TreeHouse Foods is a leading manufacturer of private label packaged foods and beverages, committed to excellence and investing in talent. The Maintenance Mechanic AA role involves essential skills in maintenance, troubleshooting, and leadership within a performance-based culture.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direction for preventive maintenance and upgrades.
  • Demonstrate troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain organizational skills and follow-up.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
  • Comply with FDA, OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies.
  • Work overtime as required and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Skills recognized by management as essential to the maintenance organization.
  • More than one area of demonstrated expertise.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read prints.
