Overview

We are looking for a skilled TIG Welder/ Fabricator to join our team at Examinetics, a rapidly growing company that provides occupational health solutions. This full-time position requires experience in TIG welding and fabrication, with a focus on safety and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Welding, carpentry, construction, electrical, painting, mechanical, and finish work.
  • Build testing units from top to bottom utilizing the skills listed above.
  • Modify, renovate, and maintain current testing units.
  • Assist staff in diagnosing equipment/ vehicle malfunctions and direct the appropriate follow-up actions.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED, and/or Certification.
  • Experience in MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel required.
  • Ability to pass background and drug screen.
  • Post Offer Employment Test (POET) required before first day of work.

What you'll be running

TIG (GTAW) uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode with filler added by hand, giving the operator the most control of any process. It is slow, demanding, and the standard for stainless, aluminum, and anything where the bead has to look as good as it holds.
