Overview

e2Companies® is a leading provider of integrated solutions for power generation and distribution, committed to energy resiliency and reliability. The Welder role involves fabricating and assembling structural steel for integrated power systems, directly impacting delivery commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG, Stick, and Flux-Core welding on carbon steel structural components.
  • Weld and assemble completed structures onto trailers for transport and field deployment.
  • Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
  • Prepare materials for welding including cutting, grinding, fitting, and layout.
  • Inspect completed welds for conformance to specifications and quality standards.
  • Operate overhead crane and forklift to position heavy assemblies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets.
  • Perform occasional field welding, repairs, or on-site modifications.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in MIG welding required; Stick and/or Flux-Core welding strongly preferred.
  • Experience working primarily on carbon steel.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the full shift.
  • Ability to lift materials with the assistance of crane or forklift equipment.
  • Reliable, available, and able to commit to a 10x4 production schedule.

What you'll be running
