NewWater Boatworks is seeking an experienced individual to lead their Fiberglass/Composites Shop, focusing on setting up and efficiently operating the department. The company specializes in building high-quality shallow water fishing boats in South Texas.

  • Set up the department and operate it profitably.
  • Manage two assistants working under this position.
