Overview

A busy sheet metal fabrication shop is seeking a dependable, experienced fabricator who can operate fabrication equipment independently. The company is growing and needs someone who can run press brakes, shears, lasers, and other machinery without supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Operating press brakes, shears, laser cutting equipment, and other fabrication machinery
  • Cutting, bending, forming, and fabricating sheet metal parts
  • Reading blueprints and shop drawings
  • Maintaining quality, accuracy, and production speed
  • Keeping your workspace clean and safe
  • Working with a solid team to get jobs out the door

Requirements

  • Sheet metal fabrication experience
  • Experience with press brakes, shears, and laser equipment
  • Ability to read blueprints and measurements
  • Strong work ethic – show up on time and get the job done
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a shop environment
  • Problem solvers who take pride in their work
