Overview

Topsarge Business Solutions (TBS) is a veteran-owned, service-disabled small business seeking Instructor Services for US Army MOS 91E as either a Machinist or Welder to support training at the US Army Ordnance School Fort Lee, VA. Candidates must have military instructor experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide instructor services for Advanced Individual Training (AIT) in accordance with programs of instruction.
  • Teach a government-approved curriculum for 91-series MOSs.
  • Conduct training in classroom, bay training, hands-on performance, and simulation/virtual training.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of technical and tactical experience in the MOS.
  • Certified in MOS and ASI specific technical training prior to performance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel).
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations and doctrine regarding MOS or ASI-specific training.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with excellent organization, planning, coordination, and time management skills.
  • Ability to pass all hands-on and written student tests IAW OD Regulation 350-18.
  • Meet training, technical and tactical certification of course content.
  • Completed Common Faculty Development-Instructor Course (CFDIC) or equivalent within the last five (5) years.
  • Completed TRADOC Initial Military Training (IMT) Installation Staff and Contractors Training Course (ISCTC).
  • Completed Blackboard 101 Instructor Training.
