Responsibilities

  • Manufacture and fabricate metal products.
  • Weld using TIG/MIG techniques on aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.
  • Create and set up fixtures.
  • Follow blueprints to meet product specifications.
  • Support activities for the sheet metal department as requested.
  • Support overall manufacturing activities as requested.

Requirements

  • No educational requirements as long as the employee can perform skills and abilities adequately.
  • Certifications: D1.1, D17.1.
  • Setup and operation of welding equipment.
  • Understanding of key factors in welding and how to enhance or mitigate them.
  • Ability to use manual metal working equipment.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and work instructions.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for a full 8 hour shift.

What you'll be running
