Job Description

Welder/Fabricator TradeWorX is hiring experienced Welder/Fabricators for a day-shift shop opportunity in the Lititz, PA area. If you have hands-on fabrication experience, can read blueprints, and are comfortable building parts from start to finish, this could be a strong fit. You'll work with equipment such as press brakes, shears, and burn tables while also performing MIG and stick welding as needed. Benefits & PTO (TradeWorX): Health coverage options Dental and vision options 401K option Company-paid group life insurance Paid holidays after eligibility requirements PTO earned by hours worked Pay & Overtime: $23.00–$26.00 per hour Approximately 50 hours per week Overtime available based on workload Schedule: Day shift Full-time Shop-based work in the Lititz, PA area Multiple openings available Job Duties: Read blueprints and shop drawings to build fabricated parts and assemblies Measure, Client out, cut, form, fit, and assemble material Operate or work with press brakes, shears, and burn tables Perform MIG and stick welding on fabricated components Use grinders, cutting tools, and measuring equipment Check finished parts for proper dimensions, fit, and weld quality Maintain a clean and safe work area Requirements: 2–3 years of welding and fabrication experience Ability to build parts from blueprints Working knowledge of press brakes, shears, and burn tables MIG and stick welding experience Comfortable with measuring, layout, fitting, and material preparation Able to work independently with limited supervision Reliable transportation to the Lititz, PA area OSHA 10 preferred Ideal Candidate: Has experience working in a fabrication shop Can take a part from blueprint through layout, cutting, forming, fit-up, and welding Comfortable working with fabrication and welding equipment Takes pride in producing accurate, quality work Dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to work How to Apply: Apply now. This posting calls for MIG and Stick work. MIG (GMAW) feeds a continuous wire electrode through a shielding-gas nozzle.
