Overview

The Operating Technician - Hybrid Mechanical Maintenance is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical systems and equipment. This role requires troubleshooting mechanical issues to ensure operational efficiency and may involve working independently or as part of a team of skilled maintenance technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Installs, maintains, and repairs a wide range of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Troubleshoots mechanical issues to keep operations efficient and productive.
  • Operates equipment during repairs and assists in operational tasks as needed.
  • Works independently or alongside a team of skilled maintenance technicians.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must pass assessment test(s).
  • Minimum of one year of hands-on experience or formal education in print reading and troubleshooting.
  • Be prepared to work rotating shifts, including weekends, with overtime as needed.
  • Adherence to safety procedures/guidelines is required.
  • Punctuality, consistent attendance, and self-motivation are key to success.
  • Ability to work in industrial conditions that may be hot, cold, dirty, greasy, wet, or noisy.
