Responsibilities

• Work outside in all conditions, day or night.
• Transport kit across tricky terrain.
• Lead the team when asked and ensure safety standards are met.
• Role model safe working behaviors and challenge potential safety risks.

Requirements

• Ability to lead, motivate, and direct a team for safe and efficient work delivery.
• Strong communication skills to deliver clear instructions.
• Knowledge and experience of inspection, faulting, maintenance, and renewal techniques.
• Consistently role model safe behaviors and implement safe systems of work.
• Persistent in finding safe and effective solutions.
• Willingness to learn and keep up to date with new standards.
• Ideally hold an NVQ Level 1 or 2 linked to the discipline or equivalent experience.
