Overview

The Assembler is responsible for the assembly, fabrication, testing support, and inspection of aerospace components and thermal management systems used in various applications. The role requires working from engineering drawings and adhering to strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble aerospace components, subassemblies, and finished products according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Perform mechanical assembly operations using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and precision measuring instruments.
  • Prepare, clean, inspect, and fit parts prior to assembly.
  • Follow established manufacturing processes and quality procedures.
  • Verify dimensions, fit, and functionality using calibrated measurement equipment.
  • Complete required production documentation and manufacturing records accurately.
  • Participate in product testing, leak testing, pressure testing, and inspection activities as required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Demonstrated ability to weld aluminum and stainless steel; Inconel experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong commitment to quality and safety.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Additional Information

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
