Overview

The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for building and integrating complex capital equipment while ensuring systems meet precision, quality, and reliability requirements. This role involves executing detailed mechanical, electrical, and fluid system installations based on engineering drawings and collaborating closely with engineering on continuous product and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and integrate complex capital equipment.
  • Ensure systems meet strict precision, quality, and reliability standards.
  • Execute detailed mechanical, electrical, and fluid system installations based on engineering drawings.
  • Diagnose and resolve integration, wiring, and fitment issues.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering for continuous product and process improvement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation.
  • Partner with engineering, quality, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in manufacturing processes and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with engineering drawings, Solidworks, CAD, and schematics.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment such as semiconductor, aerospace, or medical devices.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics.
  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in engineering.
  • Experience with SAP/ERP systems.

Additional Information

  • The position offers openings on both the 1st shift from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm and the 2nd shift from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am.
  • This is a fully onsite position in Horsham, PA.
  • This position is anticipated to close on Oct 2, 2026.
