Overview

We’re seeking an Equipment Engineer to support the operation and maintenance of advanced semiconductor and nanofabrication equipment in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and vacuum systems.
  • Support dry etch, deposition, metrology, and other semiconductor equipment.
  • Diagnose equipment issues using schematics and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate vendor repairs and document maintenance activities.
  • Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, and testing.
  • Develop SOPs, maintenance plans, and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Maintain equipment records and provide technical training to lab users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with semiconductor, vacuum, scientific, or similar technical equipment.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with vacuum systems and precision equipment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable working independently in a cleanroom environment.
