Job Description

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Orbital Welder to join our team in Hutto, Texas. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with orbital TIG welding and is committed to producing clean, consistent, high-quality welds.

Responsibilities

  • Operate orbital TIG welding equipment on commercial and industrial projects
  • Weld stainless steel pipe and tubing
  • Set up equipment, prepare joints, and maintain proper purge and welding parameters
  • Read blueprints, weld maps, and welding specifications
  • Inspect completed welds for quality and consistency
  • Maintain welding equipment and a clean, safe work area

Requirements

  • Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
  • Previous orbital TIG welding experience required
  • Commercial or industrial welding experience preferred
  • Experience with stainless steel pipe/tubing
  • Ability to read drawings and welding specifications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
  • Welding certifications are a plus
