Overview

Join Henderson Products Inc., the North American leader in the design, manufacture, and upfit of multi-purpose equipment for heavy-duty work trucks specializing in snow and ice control. This role involves working as an Installation Technician in a heavy bay environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG welding and fabrication.
  • Conduct assembly work for equipment installation on heavy-duty work trucks.
  • Carry out diagnostic and repair work.
  • Read schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
  • Perform shop math to ensure accurate installations and repairs.

Requirements

  • Basic shop math skills.
  • Ability to interpret work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.
  • Hand dexterity and working knowledge of hand tools.
  • Willingness to work in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with welding and assembly processes.
  • Technical degree or specialty certifications in welding, electrical, or hydraulics are helpful but not required.

Additional Information

  • Day shift hours: Monday – Friday, 5:00am to 3:30pm.
  • Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.
  • Exposure to noise and weld and grinding smoke at times.
