Overview

Partners Dental Solutions is a leading orthodontic laboratory dedicated to creating high-quality custom appliances that help transform smiles. They are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on individual to join their growing team as a Lab Technician – Laser Welder.

Responsibilities

  • Operate laser welding equipment to weld small, intricate components with precision
  • Work for extended periods at a microscope lens to perform detailed welding tasks
  • Ensure all welding tasks meet the high quality standards set by Partners Dental Solutions
  • Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of laser welding equipment
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Document work processes and results accurately
  • Assist in other departments as assigned by leadership

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of experience in a hands-on, precision-focused environment preferred
  • Relevant experience may include wire forming, jewelry, dental/orthodontic labs, medical device manufacturing, precision assembly, electronics assembly, or similar skilled trades
  • Strong hand dexterity, grip strength, and ability to manipulate firm wire and small components using hand tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing consistent, high-quality work
  • Ability to perform repetitive, hands-on tasks that require focus, patience, and accuracy
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and reproduce specific techniques consistently
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and techniques
