Overview

CS Wind is hiring Welder Helpers to assist welders with materials, tools, equipment, and general production duties in a fast-paced steel manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering full-time work with various shifts available.

Responsibilities

  • Assist welders with daily production tasks
  • Prepare and move materials
  • Set up and maintain work areas
  • Assist with tools, equipment, and supplies
  • Follow all safety and production procedures
  • Perform general labor duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous welding or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
  • Must be comfortable working in a steel manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts
  • Must follow all safety guidelines and attendance expectations
  • Steel-toe boots and required PPE are required
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
