Are you a skilled Welder looking for a stable, full-time role with great pay and shift options? Our client is looking for detail-oriented Welders to join their team in Janesville, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for safely producing quality welded products according to production schedules, operating fabrication machinery, and inspecting parts to exact blueprint specifications.

Role Highlights

-Compensation: Starting at $23.50/hr. for Day Shift | Starting at 26.50/hr. For Night Shift(23.50 base + $3.00 shift premium) -Benefits: Full benefits package available once converted to permanent hire. -Shift/schedule: Choice of Day or Night Shift (Mon-Fri with overtime required as needed): Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM/Night Shift: 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM -Employment type: Temp-to-Hire (TTH) -Growth or other perks: Shift differential bonuses, overtime opportunities, and hands-on experience across various fabrication equipment.

What You'll Do

-Perform MIG and TIG welding processes to safely construct quality components according to production schedules and work instructions. -Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings to ensure precise assembly. -Safely operate various hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery (sheet rollers, spot welders, saws). -Measure and inspect finished products using calipers, tape measures, protractors, and precision gauges. -Perform routine preventive maintenance on welding equipment to maintain safety and quality standards. -Move materials safely throughout the manufacturing floor using pallet jacks, dollies, overhead cranes, tuggers, or forklifts.

What You'll Bring

-Experience & Technical Skills: Familiarity with MIG/TIG welding equipment, blueprint reading, and hand/power tools. -Equipment & Fabrication: Experience with measuring tools (calipers, protractors) and fabrication equipment (saws, spot welders, rollers). -Safety & Detail Orientation: Strong safety sensibilities, attention to detail, and ability to keep an organized work station in a active shop environment. -Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a industrial environment (loud noise, welding fumes), perform repetitive motions, and lift/manipulate materials up to 40 lbs safely.
