Schedule: 2nd shift, 2:00PM-11:00 PM Monday – Friday

First-week orientation and safety training on 1st shift (7:00 AM-4:00 PM).

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Technical training, vocational education, or welding certification is beneficial.

Job Duties

• Perform precision orbital welding on stainless steel assemblies ranging from 1/8″ to 3″ diameter in a Class 100 cleanroom environment.

• Set up, operate, and maintain orbital welding cells, tooling, and fabrication equipment.

• Read blueprints, weld specifications, and production orders to complete assemblies accurately.

• Inspect finished welds and products to ensure compliance with quality and cleanliness standards.

• Complete production documentation, labor reporting, and nonconformance records.

• Clean, label, and package components according to customer and quality requirements.

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on welding and cleanroom equipment.

• Meet daily production goals while following all workplace safety procedures and quality standards.

• Support continuous improvement efforts and assist with additional manufacturing duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience or advanced technical training.

• Previous orbital welding experience preferred.

• Experience with TIG and/or MIG welding on stainless steel components highly desired.

• Familiarity with orbital weld heads, power supplies, measuring tools, clamps, and quality inspection equipment.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced production environment.

• Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.

• Basic computer and math skills required.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.

• Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping.

• Lift up to 25 lbs. independently and heavier items with assistance.

• Good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and visual acuity required.

• Must be able to use hands, arms, and fingers for precision assembly and welding tasks.

• Ability to wear required PPE and work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
