Responsibilities

  • Assist the maintenance team and support all aspects of the maintenance department.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs of the building's interior and exterior structures.
  • Ensure all plant equipment is functioning at optimum levels by performing repairs and long-term improvements.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance functions.
  • Preferred Electrical Certification, Welding Certification, or HVAC Certification.
  • Ability to read blueprint and schematic diagrams.
  • Ability to work with outside contractors.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of problem solving and time management.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Operate a variety of maintenance equipment, including hand and power tools.
  • Must have own tools.

  • Shift Days: Sat - Thu, Shift Time: 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM.
