Overview

Veolia Group is a global leader in environmental services, specializing in water, energy, and waste management. The Field Service Representative role involves providing operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct maintenance and calibration activities.
  • Consult with customer management and operation teams.
  • Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications.
  • Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance.
  • Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment.
  • Create and maintain site paperwork, providing customers with technical summaries.
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals.
  • Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems.
  • Perform analytical testing such as turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC.
  • Enter and complete work orders in Maintenance Program (MaintainX).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Electrical, chemical, and/or mechanical experience.
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, online training, EHS reporting).
  • Able to lift 50lbs.
  • Live within 30min - 45min to the job location.
  • High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent.
  • 2+ years’ experience of service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment.
  • Current TWIC Card is required OR eligible to get one.
  • Current Driver’s License.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or technical certificate in Instrumentation, electrical, mechanical (preferred).
  • 2 years of experience in Industrial, oil field, refineries, chemical plants (preferred).
  • Water treatment experience (preferred).
