Overview

Veolia Group is a global leader in environmental services, specializing in water, energy, and waste management. As a Field Service Representative, you will provide operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems across various industries, working with technologies such as media filtration, wastewater, and reverse osmosis.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct maintenance and calibration activities.
  • Consult with customer management and operation teams.
  • Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications.
  • Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance.
  • Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment.
  • Create and maintain site paperwork, providing customers with detailed technical summaries.
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals.
  • Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems.
  • Perform analytical testing such as turbidity, hardness, and pH.
  • Enter and complete work orders in Maintenance Program.

Requirements

  • Electrical, chemical, and/or mechanical experience.
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, online training, EHS reporting).
  • Able to lift 50lbs.
  • Live within 30min - 45min to the job location.
  • High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification or international equivalent.
  • 2+ years’ experience of service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment.
  • Current TWIC Card is required or eligible to get one.
  • Current Driver’s License.
