Overview

Terreva Renewables is an industry-leading developer, owner, and operator of renewable natural gas (RNG) projects, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. The Project Engineer supports the development, engineering, construction, and commissioning of RNG projects, providing hands-on engineering support across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Support the engineering execution of landfill- and biogas-based RNG projects.
  • Review and coordinate engineering deliverables such as process flow diagrams and equipment datasheets.
  • Assist with technology evaluations and selection for biogas upgrading and gas treatment systems.
  • Review vendor and contractor submittals for technical compliance.
  • Interface with development, construction, and operations teams to ensure engineering aligns with project budgets and schedules.
  • Support construction activities through RFI responses and site visits.
  • Track engineering deliverables and changes to support project execution.
  • Participate in commissioning, startup, and handover of RNG facilities.
  • Support compliance with regulations governing RNG facilities.
  • Assist with hazard analyses and quality assurance processes.
  • Ensure designs comply with applicable codes and standards.
  • Provide ongoing technical support to operating RNG facilities.
  • Assist with data analysis related to gas quality and plant performance.
  • Support standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide instrumentation and controls support to third party vendors.
