Overview

Advanced Industries LLC has been in business for over 50 years as a turnkey manufacturing company fabricating aluminum and steel products for the Department of Defense. We are looking for the next addition to our award-winning team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG welding on various metal components according to specifications and drawings
  • Assemble and fabricate metal parts using power tools and hand tools
  • Follow welding codes, standards, and procedures to ensure quality and safety
  • Inspect welded joints for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments
  • Actively participate in all 6S processes within the assigned department
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen including THC/Marijuana; medical card will NOT be accepted
  • Superior attendance
  • Proven experience as a MIG welder and proficient in MIG welding techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing technologies
