Overview

Tradesmen International is hiring experienced HDPE Welders for projects in the Seattle, WA area. This first shift opportunity offers a pay rate of $30/hour based on experience and skill level, providing a chance to work alongside skilled craftsmen who prioritize safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare HDPE pipe by cleaning, cutting, and aligning pipe ends before welding
  • Perform butt fusion, socket fusion, and electrofusion as required
  • Inspect completed welds for uniform beads, cracks, gaps, and other defects
  • Maintain welding equipment, including heating plates, generators, and facing tools
  • Follow OSHA safety requirements and properly use required PPE
  • Perform heavy lifting and other physical tasks associated with HDPE pipe installation
