Job Description

Overview

The Robotic Welder II operates and performs setup and adjustments to robotic welding equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency while troubleshooting minor issues. This position requires independent operation to meet production goals and support other production areas as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Set up robotic welding cells, including fixturing and material preparation
  • Operate equipment independently to meet production goals
  • Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools and weld gauges
  • Make minor program adjustments and parameter changes
  • Troubleshoot routine equipment and weld quality issues
  • Train and support Robotic Welder I employees
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records
  • Support other production areas as needed
  • Assist in general shop housekeeping and material handling
  • Perform other related duties to support manufacturing operations

Additional Information

  • The standard schedule consists of 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday or 12-hour shifts Friday through Sunday
  • Flexibility is required to work evenings, weekends, and additional hours as needed to meet workload demands.
