Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Millwork Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into high-quality millwork products, including custom cabinetry, trim, moldings, and other wood components.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.
  • Operate power tools, hand tools, and machining equipment to cut, shape, and assemble millwork components with precision.
  • Handle materials safely using warehouse equipment, ensuring proper storage and transportation of raw materials and finished products.
  • Assemble various wood components into finished products, maintaining quality control throughout the process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency on the shop floor.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Conduct routine inspections of tools and machinery to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in manufacturing, carpentry, or fabrication environments with a focus on millwork or woodworking projects.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment.
  • Knowledge of construction principles, assembly techniques, and materials used in millwork fabrication.
  • Familiarity with warehouse procedures, safety standards, and inventory management practices.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and interpret project specifications accurately.
