Overview

PFlow Industries is hiring 4 Welders to join their team. They are looking for individuals with MIG welding experience who can turn blueprints into products.

Responsibilities

  • MIG welding on mild steel, ranging from 20 gauge to 1-inch thickness.
  • Use metal finishing tools such as grinders, abrasives, and other hand tools to achieve high finish standards.
  • Operate cranes, positioners, magnets, and fixtures for positioning and securing workpieces.
  • Layout, cut, punch, and drill materials for fabrication.
  • Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards.
  • Handle and fabricate steel materials, including tubes, angles, and channels (16 gauge to ½” thick).

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Welding degree/certificate preferred.
  • 1+ years’ experience as a welder (heavy manufacturing a plus).
  • Blueprint reading, math, and measuring skills.

  • Core hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm, flex schedule available.
