Overview

As an onsite Service Technician at Komatsu in Mesa, AZ, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of heavy machinery components through timely, precise repairs conducted within our well-equipped workshop environment. Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned jobs and tasks to meet flat rate times and re-do metric.
  • Work safely and follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Complete related paperwork and access databases required to complete job accurately and timely.
  • Follow contamination control and HAZMAT rules and regulations.
  • Remove and install parts, disassemble and assemble components, and test and adjust assemblies with minimal supervision.
  • Provide accurate quotes and pricing estimates to the customer.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, giving recommendations for repairs.
  • Test and verify correct operation of all repairs and adjustments.
  • Apply general failure analysis and procedures to determine proper diagnosis.

Requirements

  • MSHA Certification a Plus
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Mechanically and electrically inclined
  • Mechanical and Electrical tools a plus

Additional Information

  • This job is onsite at our shop at our brand new facility by the Mesa Gateway Airport.
  • The current schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, but this could update in several months.
  • Overtime may be available depending on workload.
