Overview

The Cable Assembly Technician at Juggernaut Defense LLC is responsible for building and preparing cables and electronic components by following detailed process documentation. This role requires precision in tasks such as cutting, stripping, soldering, and testing to ensure product compliance and high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble a variety of cable and electronic products by following detailed work instructions and production workflows.
  • Perform cable assembly processes including wire cutting and stripping, soldering, overmolding, and EMI shielding.
  • Verify part numbers, materials, and components before and during assembly to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Safely operate hand tools, assembly equipment, and production machinery while following all safety requirements.
  • Communicate issues, defects, and process concerns to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of mechanical assembler experience, such as building chassis or medical device assembly.
  • Ability to read and use a ruler accurately for measurement checks on in-process products.
  • Capability to perform medium to high dexterity tasks repeatedly throughout a full shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to following SOPs.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with production leadership and team members.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as required by production tasks.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, equipment, and processes as the operation expands.
  • Experience working in a structured manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with EMI shield application and over molding processes using epoxy or molding machines is preferred.
