Responsibilities

  • Perform pipe welding procedures on Stainless Steel and Copper-Nickel pipe using Gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW).
  • Work in various conditions including different heights, confined spaces, and multiple shifts.
  • Ensure safety procedures meet or exceed industry standards.

Requirements

  • Graduated from a pipe welder program at a vo-tech school or other training school.
  • Training in TIG root and stick fill and cap on steel piping in the 6GR position.
