Overview

The Lead Fabricator for Marble and Granite is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the fabrication process, managing staff, and ensuring quality standards are met. This role requires immediate availability and offers a starting wage of $28.00-$30.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily activities of the shop to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage staff and assign tasks to ensure optimal workflow.
  • Ensure that all products meet quality standards before reaching customers.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high service levels.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure that materials are stored properly and are readily available for production.

Requirements

  • Must speak, read and write English.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication with owner and staff.
  • Knowledge of marble and granite products and their applications.
  • Ability to implement quality control measures effectively.

Additional Information

  • Full-time position with some overtime and some Saturdays.
  • Must be able to start employment immediately.
