Overview

REEB RIGGING LLC is a rigging, engineering, and fabrication company based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, serving clients across the United States. This full-time, on-site Welder role in Beaumont, TX involves performing fabrication and welding tasks in a shop and field environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily fabrication and welding tasks.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
  • Set up and operate welding equipment.
  • Prepare and fit materials for welding.
  • Perform quality welds to specified standards.
  • Inspect completed work for accuracy and structural integrity.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain tools and equipment.
  • Collaborate with rigging and engineering teams.
  • Assist with general fabrication duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong welding skills, including proficiency in Flux and MIG Welding.
  • Knowledge of materials used in fabrication and proper handling techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
  • Commitment to safety practices and proper use of PPE.
  • Previous experience as a welder in industrial, fabrication, or construction environments is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Beaumont, TX, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills.
