Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Fabricator/Welder for a full-time opportunity in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with metal fabrication, MIG welding, and building products from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate, weld, and assemble metal products, including frames, carts, and other custom structures.
  • Build products from scratch using blueprints and specifications.
  • Measure, cut, bend, and assemble metal components.
  • Perform primarily MIG welding with some TIG welding.
  • Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
  • Operate fabrication equipment and maintain quality standards.

Requirements

  • Previous fabrication and welding experience required.
  • Ability to read blueprints and accurately use a tape measure.
  • Experience with MIG welding; TIG welding experience preferred.
  • Experience operating press brakes and laser cutting equipment is a plus.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.
  • Must pass a drug screening and background check.
