Job Description
Overview
Jennmar Services is seeking a Maintenance Crew Team Lead for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in Graysville, PA. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Maintain all prep plant machinery as necessary.
- Perform welding and torching when needed.
- Conduct general labor and maintenance work where needed.
- Oversee team functions and enforce safety standards.
- Report accidents, injuries, near misses, absences, and resignations to the leadership team.
Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience required.
- Previous welding experience required.
- Previous supervisor/lead experience preferred.
- MSHA Surface Training (will be provided).
- Able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to pass background check, drug & alcohol testing, and hair follicle test required.
- Basic hand tool experience.

- Day Shift 7:00 am - 5 pm – 4 on 3 off (10-hour shift)
- Night shift 9:00 pm - 7:00 am (10-hour shift)
