Overview

At Henkel, you’ll be part of an organization that’s shaping the future through innovation, sustainability, and collaboration. This position is with the Adhesive Technologies business unit, where you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain systems supporting chemical manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Diagnose and repair motors, drives, PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, conveyors, pumps, mixers, and automated production systems.
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and production efficiency.
  • Install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation, control devices, and electrical components.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or technical certification in Electromechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of electro-mechanical maintenance experience in a chemical, manufacturing, processing, or industrial environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, motors, instrumentation, and automated production equipment.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems (120V–480V), mechanical systems, and industrial safety practices.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
