Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Assist with minor repairs and troubleshooting issues.
• Diagnose and resolve complex maintenance issues.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scissors lifts safely.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Work closely with the maintenance tech, lead, and supervisor.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of diagnostic equipment.
• Basic knowledge of power equipment.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Great problem-solving skills.
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
• Forklift, pallet jack, and scissor lift experience required.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical or Trade school degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.

Additional Information

• Location: 2200 E. Riverview Dr., Phoenix, AZ
• Shift: Monday- Friday, 5am-1:30pm with possible OT until 3:30pm.
• Full-time position with standard working hours.
