Responsibilities

  • Inspect buildings and perform repairs including framing, finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, and painting.
  • Promote employee health and safety through training and regular assessments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Perform repairs to mobile office trailers and conduct inspections for damages.
  • Create floor plan drawings as needed.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels of equipment and tools.
  • Provide courteous customer service and explain repairs to customers.
  • Ensure trailers are ready for scheduled delivery dates.
  • Complete paperwork for deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls.
  • Perform HVAC system checks and maintenance.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Some knowledge of computers and good communication skills.
  • Carpentry knowledge and experience.
  • Electrical, plumbing, and welding experience is a plus.
  • Current valid driver’s license and a clean record.
