Overview

We are looking for a team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and properly functioning facility and is willing to assist wherever needed to support daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Load, unload & operate robot to satisfy customer specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints.
  • Operate various tools and equipment such as grinders and calipers.
  • Monitor welds to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
  • Report accurate quantities in ERP system.
  • Follow company quality and safety policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Robotic welding experience or 4 years from accredited robotic welding institution.
  • Blueprint reading.
  • Weld symbols knowledge.
  • Metal fabrication experience (preferred).
