Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on silencer components with precision and consistency.
• Assemble and inspect suppressor parts to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Grind, file, and finish welded components to required specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to determine welding and assembly requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot welding and assembly issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Operate and maintain welding and finishing equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and engineers to improve production processes.
• Ensure the visual and physical quality of finished products before packaging.
• Exhibit a strong work ethic and positive attitude in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School or GED Diploma required; Welding Certification or Technical Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of welding experience, preferably in TIG welding.
• Experience working with stainless steel, titanium, and aluminum materials.
• Ability to use and read precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers.
• Blueprint reading with GD&T capabilities.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Self-motivated and adapts well to ongoing change.
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment.
